Lemon Stripe Breathe Easy Tee / Trousers
Lemon Stripe Breathe Easy Tee / Trousers
Breathe Easy Tee
We’ve reimagined our staple Breathe Easy sets in radiant pattern and tone, to create garments brimming with personality.
The Breathe Easy Tee provides a pared-down aesthetic, with no extra darts or fastenings to embrace our design philosophy of free movement. The slightly boxy fit means it’s an easy partner for both a wide leg trouser or a slimmer silhouette.
Details:
Wide, kimono sleeve brushes elbow length and creates a neat contrast to the body of the garment
Boxy, oversized fit both for comfort and for a minimalist look
Wide, rounded neckline with no fastenings for ease of wear
Breathe Easy Trousers
We’ve reimagined our staple Breathe Easy sets in radiant pattern and tone, to create garments brimming with personality.
The Breathe Easy trousers are the ultimate versatile piece with a soft, wide, elasticated waistband to fit you through all stages of the day, inspired by the idea that the garments we choose to wear should fit us - not the other way round. Subtle but roomy inseam pockets maintain the simplistic, clean lines of our Breathe Easy range, without sacrificing that important sense of practicality and utility.
Details:
Loose, wide leg at a cropped length
Wide, cloth-covered waistband gathered into folds
Soft, supple elastic to move with your body
Hidden inseam pockets
Eco Credentials
Flax is a strong plant best grown in northern Europe. It needs little to no fertilisers, and due to the local climate, little extra water. It doesn’t require many pesticides either, as it can grow in poor quality soil. The Advisory Commission Report to the European Parliament stated that flax cultivation has positive effects on eco-system diversity as it allows for an “environmental pause”. One hectare of flax can retain 3.7 tonnes of CO2. Every part of the plant is used, and what isn’t used to produce linen can be utilised to make linseed oil, paper, cattle feed, or even soap.
Linen is almost naturally organic. It’s completely biodegradable, recyclable, and due to its natural absorbency, requires less dye than cotton. Linen therefore scores high on the ecological chart.
Care Hand or machine wash on gentle setting using cold water. Do not tumble dry. Steam press on medium setting for a crisp finish, or hang dry and wear gently wrinkled for a lived-in look.
Manufacture
This garment will be carefully individually cut and sewn in small batches in our Oakham, Rutland design studio (England).
