Routine - Use after bathing, morning or evening. Smooth the body oil between the hands and massage over the body in circular motions, daily or weekly dependent on your skin. Take the opportunity to take slow, deep breaths to benefit from the mood lifting organic essential oils.

Consider how you massage the oil into your skin and be mindful of the power of touch and how you can work softer or deeper into those areas that may need a little more loving. For example ~ relieving dry skin on the elbows or spending time with an area of your body that perhaps you don’t adore as much as you should, remember to speak kindly to yourself.

Best used on cleansed skin. Morning and evening, drop 3-4 drops into your palm, smooth over hands and breathe in the aroma. Press into face, neck and chest evenly.

Suggestion: If you are new to using oils in your routine you can also blend 2 drops into your daily moisturiser for all the added antioxidant benefits.

Eve's story

It was my own personal experience of being a consumer for both natural skincare and aromatherapy products that led me to launching ede. I first began formulating my own natural skincare products to cure my acne in my early 20s and I found a natural progression towards aromatherapy happened through self help in dealing with anxiety. Wellness and particularly self-care have always been at the forefront of my mind for many years.

I once bought an aromatherapy rollerball called the ‘Trauma’ blend to calm the nerves and ease anxiety and myself and my partner were laughing in case anyone ever asked me what scent I was wearing. I felt like ede could bridge that gap of aromatherapy and the language we use to express our feelings and emotions in our modern day lives, something that felt more individual and personal to us and was less evasive than feelings of ‘trauma’.
