International Postage

Hello folk - Lily here with some very important updates to our shipping policy.

In December of 2020 we stopped offering international postage as a result of both shifts in the world around us, and as a reflection of our enduring ethical stance on reducing our carbon footprint.

Since becoming UK-only we’ve been inundated with requests from our international friends to reinstate our worldwide postage. We’ve taken time over the past few months to think up a new way we can offer our garments to a wider audience again in an environmentally conscious way. Almost two years later, we’re re-opening our international shipping option with some major changes. This will be on a trial basis to see if it works for you and for us, as a small UK business operating in an unsteady climate.

We’ll be accepting orders worldwide excluding countries within the EU for now, though this may change in time as we adapt and reassess. We’ll still be shipping to non-EU European countries.

To counter the effect of our ecological impact, we’re still offsetting our carbon emissions. You might remember that back in 2021 we began working with Treeapp to directly combat climate change through reforestation, donating a pound per online order to contribute toward one of their many worldwide projects. At the time of publication, we’ve so far planted 482 trees with your help. We’ll be upping our donation rate for international orders to 3 trees per order to counter the environmental cost of transporting across a wider area.

And now for perhaps the biggest shift in our international orders: we’ll only be offering 10 slots per month, as limiting the amount of shipments we make keeps our impact to a minimum. Don’t worry - we’ll be keeping tabs on the amount of slots we have remaining, so if we run out you’ll be able to see via updates on our Instagram page, or you can find out by emailing us at info@nadinoo.co.uk

Lessening our ecological impact is not a static process with a beginning and end, but an ever- evolving effort; balancing your kind requests and our sustainable philosophy is at the forefront of our minds as we open up our worldwide postage option once more.
