Linen Wrap dress - Rust
Linen Wrap dress - Rust
Inspired by our Wrap Top, we constructed our Reversible Wrap Dress, made with the option to wear back-to-front.
Designed to tie at your natural waist, with a loose, kimono-style half-sleeve for ease of movement and comfortable coverage. The texture and weight of the cloth drapes without restriction to gather neatly with a minimal tie fastening, leading to a midi-length skirt.
Worn with a deep neckline to the front, it creates a feminine, more romantic shape; worn the other way round, you’re treated to a bold, minimal slash neckline that speaks of utility. Design functions like reversibility also help to reduce excess, without sacrificing style or comfort.
Just as linen allows heat to evaporate in hot weather, it also helps your body retain heat when the outside temperature drops. Naturally grown, it insulates and regulates your temperature without stifling your body as a synthetic fabric might, allowing you to layer up whilst still feeling comfortable.
Details:
- Reversible style provides two ways to wear depending on your mood - V-neck or slash neckline dependent on how you choose to wear
- Loose, elbow-length sleeves to free you of obstruction
- Midi length for function and coverage
Our model Lily is 5’3” and a natural size small / 8-10. She’s photographed here wearing a size Small. Please refer to the body size chart below for additional guidance, or contact us for advice at info@nadinoo.co.uk.

Eco Credentials
Flax is a strong plant best grown in northern Europe. It needs little to no fertilisers, and due to the local climate, little extra water. It doesn’t require many pesticides either, as it can grow in poor quality soil. The Advisory Commission Report to the European Parliament stated that flax cultivation has positive effects on eco-system diversity as it allows for an “environmental pause”. One hectare of flax can retain 3.7 tonnes of CO2. Every part of the plant is used, and what isn’t used to produce linen can be utilised to make linseed oil, paper, cattle feed, or even soap.
Linen is almost naturally organic. It’s completely biodegradable, recyclable, and due to its natural absorbency, requires less dye than cotton. Linen therefore scores high on the ecological chart.
Care Hand or machine wash on gentle setting using cold water. Do not tumble dry. Steam press on medium setting for a crisp finish, or hang dry and wear gently wrinkled for a lived-in look.
Manufacture
This garment will be carefully individually cut and sewn in small batches in our Oakham, Rutland design studio (England).
